This means that, depending on your geographical location, your orders are processed and dispatched from the facility best positioned to handle them in the most efficient and timely manner. This global distribution network ensures that each order is fulfilled with optimal speed and precision, tailored to your specific location.

Track your order:

Deliveries:​

Typically, order fulfilment requires between 3 to 7 days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. Shipping time varies based on your location; however, estimated delivery times are as follows:

RETURNS POLICY

Received a incorrect/damaged product?

We sincerely apologise if the product you received arrived in a damaged condition. To assist us in addressing this issue promptly, we kindly request that you email us at sucre.service@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include photographs of the damaged item, your order number, and any additional details. We are committed to carefully examining your issue and will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible

Return policy:

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to our partnership with a print-on-demand drop shipping provider. Each item is custom-made specifically for you upon placing your order, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. This on-demand production model, rather than bulk manufacturing, helps us reduce overproduction and waste. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for making mindful purchasing choices.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sucre.service@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sucre.service@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
